Journal Shortcut

1. Make a numbers spreadsheet. Each year gets its own sheet and each month gets its own table.

2. Make a new shorcut.

3. The shortcut will output whatever you wrote into the table of the current month.

4. You can set an automation to run at specific times, when Wind Down begins, when you arrive home, etc.

5. In the automation, just make it run a shortcut.
